At SMTM, I replaced a tracking flow buried in dozens of Excel tabs with a Laravel workflow that still holds on Monday morning in production.
At UIR, the QR attendance system looked easy until the first surge of nearly 500 scans at once. That week taught me to design for failure before optimizing for speed.
