At SMTM, I replaced a tracking flow buried in dozens of Excel tabs with a Laravel Projetsflow that still holds on Monday morning in production.
At UIR, the QR attendance system looked easy until the first surge of nearly 500 scans at once. That week tAOUTht me to design for failure before optimizing for speed.
